Cancellation and Refund
Refunds are allowed when I need to cancel the commissions by myself. The refunds will be paid back to clients as full payment.
Notification 20 days before start the work, refunds with fee deducted are accepted. Moreover, I reserve the rights to not return the deposit. In this case I will not be working with you for 6 months.
Refunds are not allowed after start of work in all cases.
I always send updates to clients. So, disliking the commission or change of mind are not considered for a refund.
Clients have to give me feed back within 1-5 days per 1 update. If it exceeds the specified period your queue will be skipped and there is no return of the deposit.
Full payment is required 14 days after the work done. Otherwise, you will not receive the work and be blacklisted.
Editing Request
Clients get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned price included in the price. More than that you need to pay 30% of all price per one time. Except for character details mistake.
Payment and Reservation
Need to pay 50% for make a reservation and before start of work in all case
Full payment before send the finish work.
For advance reservation need to pay 15USD for deposit and without briefing. I’ll open waitlist every end of month. So, I can accept advance reservations only 2 of each before new slots open.
Payment is required 2 days after commissions is reviewed and accepted. No reservation without deposit.
Charge for rush commission +50% of the total cost.
Payment through Thai banking, Arbum, Vgen and Paypal.
Deadlines and Delivery
It will take around 1-2 weeks when it’s come to your queue depending on my schedule.
When make reservation I’ll set a date to start and finish the commission on google sheet. Then send it to clients for check their status for real time.
I’m working 1 pm – 9 pm (GMT+7) on Monday – Friday only.
Files can be send google drive, e-mail, Vgen and Arbum
My clients in this year are receive loyalty card.
This loyalty card useable in 2024 only.
Collect 5 stickers and get 1 commission for free in head shot scale full color with flat bg.
1 slot get 1 sticker, you can collect the sticker with every type/scale of my commissions.
The give away which you might have is not allowed for commercial use.
